My diet approach
I have been living meat-free for over 12 years and vegan for more than 10 years. I have also followed a “100%” raw food diet for several months, and at times, for up to a year. However, in recent years, my diet has evolved into a balanced vegan lifestyle, with a significant yet not exclusive emphasis on raw fruits and vegetables.
I am very comfortable with this approach. I don’t restrict myself, nor do I feel the need to indulge in vegan fast food, chocolate, or cake. I know my body’s limits and understand which foods benefit me and which I prefer to avoid.
I am at my optimal weight without resorting to dieting, and I feel great in my body.
It is important to me that I don’t feel confined by labels or the pursuit of perfection. I do not feel guilty when I eat something that may not be “ideal” and am at peace with my diet and body.
I reached this point through extensive personal reflection, therapeutic work, various coaching, and by becoming a certified nutritionist.
Please note that I do not support orthorexic perfectionism, such as avoiding spices simply because they are not “100% raw.” I strongly oppose such restrictive thinking.

Whether this involves a greater focus on raw foods (fresh fruits and vegetables) or more cooked meals, the choice is ultimately theirs.
From both personal experience and professional nutrition expertise, I firmly believe in the transformational power of a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. However, my approach is not to push clients toward eating 100% raw food, as I deeply understand that everyone's personal circumstances and preferences vary.
This course is not designed to push people toward adopting a 100% raw vegan lifestyle. I teach holistic health, which goes far beyond the goal of being entirely raw. If your goal is to achieve a extreme level of purification or food perfectionism, which is a potential sign of an eating disorder, then this course is not the right fit for you but I recommend therapy to work on these underlying issues such as excessive need for control.
